contracts

I'd like to see the game go into more details about contracts, be able to have player option yrs, team option yrs, no trade clauses, signing bonuses, & be able to have different salaries in different yrs. I'd like to also be able to make trades & work it out so other teams willl pay part of a players contract (For example how Florida & Colorado are paying large sums of Mike Hampton's contract for the Braves).

Also I'd like to be able to give optional bonuses such as a bonus for a certain amount of HR's in a season

another thing i forgot to mention, i'd like to be able to try to talk to players about trying to force them into retirement (which would probably mean paying a portion of their contract owed). it just kills me when i got a veteran player that i grew up watching trying to hang on with awful ratings (for example i been playing and i have greg maddux & right now he is awful, i have him in AAA & he's even getting knocked around there for 2 yrs now & he still hasnt gave me a email sayin he's retiring at the end of yr, i wish i could just force retirement on him lol)
