Gee..I'd like to play 6.5..but the stupid elicense won't work!!

Just about had it with this elicense garbage. ViaTech doesn't respond or answer to help inquiries. What a !#@#$@ pain! Anyone who had troubles with their licence actually get it to work yet??

I know how frustrating these things can be. I was having problems with the Elicense thing and had to email support. It took about 6 hours for them to get back to me. That's not terribly long in email customer support world.

It turns out that when I wrote down my Order ID I only wrote down the number and forgot that it must be preceeded by VT-

Are you sure you're entering the whole number? Anyway, hang in there. They will eventually email you back.
