My order ID not found in server

Hi,

Anybody else getting this? I have 6.12 and an ID order #.
But when I try to purchase 6.5 it can't find it. Is there anything I can do?

The OOTP 6 game needs to be licensed on this PC, check your eLicense control panel in the system preferences...
