Exporting via FTP

Hello all... I could not find the answer to this on the forum, so here I go.

I'm currently in an on-line league and have never been able to export my lineups via the FTP function. The error I keep getting is "Name or Address Not Resolved". Do I have to be dialed into the internet to play the game? It will not let me do this, I keep getting kicked off both the internet and the game and must reboot. I believe the on-line setup is correct, since most everyone else in my league has no problem with the export function. I'm thinking this could be one of three things:

1. Not enough RAM. I currently have 192MB. Should I get more?

2. Problem with my phone line hookup (I know, I still have the 56K modem.)

3. Too slow of a modem.

4. ???

Anyone have any ideas. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Do you have a firewall... the firewall could block the connection.

You do not have to be on the internet to play the game.. but you do have to be on the internet to Export to FTP.

You will need to make sure that all the information in the FTP settings is correct (chances are that it is as your commish should have set it for you). From that error my guess would be (and I'm not good at this stuff either) that the FTP function is having problems connecting to your leagues server, or you are not on the internet when you try to Export the lineups to FTP.

I did have problems exporting my lineups to FTP when I was using AOL as my ISP..
