Which "tired" pitcher to start?
I've got to choose between two pitchers who are both showing up as "tired" in the software for a playoff game. One threw 120 pitches four days ago (so it would be three days rest), the other threw 11 pitches last night in relief. Both have 5/5 endurance ratings.

In real life the easy answer us pitcher 2 with only 11 pitches thrown. Unfortunately I believe the days rest coding will benefit the guy on 3 days rest. You could always start one and expect to bring the other in after the 3rd inning. Get 3 innings from both and it's just like having a fully rested starter.

Just to update, I went with number one and he was fine on the three days rest -- 7 innings, 3 hits, 0 earned runs, and 107 pitches fine. The opposing team threw out their ace on three days rest as well, and he went 7 innings and 112 pitches.
