Help!!!

Whenever i get my universe going an error of some sort pops up saying "Rules.Dat" could not be found. After this error the game exits and i cannot re-open it

. I have to uninstaLL the game then reinstall it only to meet the error later on someone plz help me!

Well I change the rules but i do not remove or delete the file

On the main screen i do not alter the main rules or delete any of the rules i let them be

Well i uninstalled the game and re downloaded it (Marciano was 64-0

) So hopefully it works properly
