Yes! I have to click on my roster before every single game to see who is tired, or else I have to scroll through the player pages of each player when I'm in the lineup screen to check who is tired.

You could either make them show up as yellow even if they are in the lineup, or you could add a small "tired players" box underneath where the players are listed.

I requested this versions ago, like back when fatigue was added.

Haven't chimed in yet, but here are a few small suggestions to make the game easier and more enjoyable to play. Some are repeats, I'm sure:

- steal with 2 strikes

- similar to another post, when you're sorting by stats and, for example, you click on the "star" rating to see the top prosepcts overall on a team, and then you click a position, it reverts back to stats (or ratings, not sure) so that the stars arent's shown. I then have to reclick to sort it the way I originally wanted

- Be able to see tired players in the current lineup with a different color code

- and, this is a VERY small one, but seems like it would be easy to do: when you have an option like "argue" or "take the extra base" there should be icon buttons to click yes or no instead of having to use your keyboard. I like to just sit there, often with the baby in one arm, clicking away. Yesterday I had to find (in the dark, mind you) the "Y" button on my keyboard, clicked the WRONG button (which automatically means "No", I guess) and left a runner on third unnecessarily.

I hope Markus is still reading these ideas.....

Some very good ideas brought up already.

A few I didn't see that I would love to have added are:

1) When a player gets traded, on the player's career stats page show a split of what his stats were on the original team, the stats he accumulated on his new team along with his final season totals. I am constantly trying to see how a player did on his new team and the difference before the trade, but all I get is his seasons totals.

2) When a trying to sign a player, when he says "Lets hear you offer!" have the player respond with a $ demand after your first offer. It drives me nuts that I really have no idea what the player wants and I just throw numbers at him until he gets ticked and doesn't want to talk to me anymore. Surely his agent would tell you a ballpark figure after your first offer.

3) Career stats for pitchers vs players. If a guy is 0-20 against a pitcher, then maybe I'm not going to start him that game.

4) Team milestones. Moyer just past Johnson on Seattle's all time wins list. Would be cool to have the same thing in OOTP.

I'd love to have team totals of all teams (those on each team's page) on the league leaders page

Also, while maybe fundamentally "better" if you're into sabermetrics, I'd like to see more realistic lineup handling by computer teams. In real life, you usually see the good contact, speed guys leading off. Often times in OOTP, the computer will stick a slow, high OBP guy in the leadoff spot. I'm not going to get into whether this is fundamentally better, but it's not realistic. Juan Pierre should lead off. Not Mike Lowell.

This is already an option in league setup, favor obp - favor speed - neutral.

Edit: And here is a perfect example of why speed is useless if you can't get on base

i would love the Edit ERA to be save seperate for different leagues you have.

as of now whenever you Edit ERA in league setup, it uses that setting for any different leagues you have.

Team leaderboard is not possible in 6.5, already asked about it during v6 development...sorry. Hopefully for v7.

I second this one.

Also, how about an option to 'take pitch' when count is 3-0 or 3-1? (I'm thinking that's going to have to wait for OOTP7).

So many good ideas in here...

Here's something I don't think has been mentioned -- when playing with finances off, occasionally when moving a player from DFA to the minors will pop up the "Player has a big-league contract and must be on the 40-man roster" message. Obviously, this makes no sense when finances are off.

This would be a great addition.

One other idea -- can we get the AI to set its minors lineups and rotations based on potential, not current ratings? I'm tired of seeing 32-year old journeymen playing instead of a 5-star 1st round draftee

I just had two different instances of the game crashing during a broadcast. Would it be possible to fix it so that (1) if the game encounters problems communicating with the server (I'm assuming this is what happened), it simply discontinues the broadcast instead of crashing; and/or (2) we have the option of saving a game in progress?
