Looking to join online league

Hi, I'm a new user (this would be my first online league) ...
I'm looking to join a league of preferable any era from 1960 up (or any league with a mix of players) ...
I have the current version of OOTP and would upgrade to 6.5 if required.
I would definately be an active user and would love to join a league as long as you don't mind a few questions until I get up and running since like I said this would be my first online league.

Hey there Larry, I wanted to invite you to take a look at our league, the WHBL(Western Hemisphere Baseball League)...

Its a fictional league, both teams and players though occasionally we have a few guys from the MLB wander into the league...

Here is kind of a backstory as to how the league got started...

We sim on a M-W-Sat schedule, using a 7-8-7-8-7-8 game rotation.

We are have a couple guys that are new to online leagues already in the league, so you know we are newbie friendly...

Very active league as you will notice from the message board and Export history...

Currently, Mexico City is the only opening we have..

i have openings in the SSBl and MLBC OOTP.

Both are fictional leagues, but the MLBC has a twist as it plays in the era associated with the time, currently the deadball era.

FORT ( http://www.ourfamiglia.com/FORT ) currently has 2 openings, the Dodgers, and the Cardinals.

Dodgers are rbuilding, while the Cards are playoff bound.

We're currently mid-season 1961, with a good group of OOTP vets and newbies.

We are using 6.12 and do plan to upgrade to 6.5.

We're a very active group of traders, as you can see by our trade forum (7 trades over this last weekend).

We're a historic league in players, but as you can see, we're not historic in our teams (we have 2 leagues, 3 divisions in each league, with WC making the post-season).

If you have any questions, AIM is the best way to reach me, but email will work as well (just slower).

Feel free to take a look around the site, check out our rules, and the available teams, and see if you think FORT might be the place for you.
