This Week In-ternet Baseball needs 5 owner entering 11th season

This Week In-ternet Baseball is in search of 5 GM's for the following teams:

Kansas City Royals
Arizona Diamondbacks
Detroit Tigers
Tampa Bay Devil Rays

We started out with current rosters in 2003. We are now entering 2013 (free agency will start May 25th, pending filling these openings) and have been around for 2+ years. This league has a great core of active owners with very little turnover (70% or so original GMs). Many of todays RL baseball stars have retired, several of the young superstars of RL's game are still active, but many of the leagues stars are fictional players. If you like real teams with fictional players, this is the league for you.

Our website will be going through an overhaul prior to the beginning of this season. We have many intriguing rules that helps maintain competitive balance and give rebuilding teams something to look forward to. Contests with prizes keep each season entertaining.

I'd join, but the site is always down. I clicked a page and it says "The website you have requested has exceeded its daily bandwidth quota of 56MB and has been temporarily de-activated. "

Thats what I got on pages yesterday too.
