Go Halos!!! I can almost see that poor, sad look on Bonds face when Percival strikes him out...

I love it when Bonds strikes out, it's almost as good as his 400+ foot singles

Where is the guy with the image attachments?!?!

This is the worst thread ever!

Oh well, time to pray for a miracle...and hope that the good Matt Morris shows up to, at the very least, send this back to St.Louis.

Why would you pitch to Bonds in that situation and let him beat you. Santiago came through and that's fine, but you never want to let Bonds beat you late in the game.

I'm blaming Larussa for leaving White in so long, McCarver and Buck made the point that he brought 12 pitchers for a reason, why not use them

Nice, two teams not even good enough to win their respective divisions, get to play each other to be called World Champions.

Nice going baseball.

Last time I checked, this was a team game and the object was to not let the other team beat you, not let a single player beat you. Example: Kent got on, walk to Bonds, 2 run game tying double to Snow. 2-outs, walk Bonds, game winning homer to Santiago. Giants win. Game one, 2-outs, walk Bonds, homer by Santiago. Giants win. So far 5 runs scored and 5 rbi's. Seems like this could be a lose-lose situation seeing how hot Santiago ans Snow are right now.

I will make ANY bet you want that this won't last. either they both tank in game four, or if the giants make it to the series they hit a combined .150

But more often than not, Bonds will beat you more than those guys and lok what happens when they've pitched to bonds this Postseason.

BTW, As a fellow Michigan fan I agree with the can't wait for Navarre to leave statement, he's horrible and Michigan should be undeafeated right now.
