I go with Stuff/Movement, then Control.

In solo I prefer stuff first and then movement. In online I just look for a player who very good in all three, because eye is probably the favorite hitters rating for online players.

I've had more success with pitchers with high control/movement and low stuff than I have with any other combination (assuming that the pitcher has one low rating).
