How can I remove the eLicense folder from my control panel?

I installed OOTP4 and my hard drive crashed so I never got to unlicense it, I re-installed OOTP4 and typed in the license number again and it works fine, my question is did that count against the number of times I get to install the program the fact that the first install was never unlicensed?

Yes, the elicense folks will reinstate the license in some cases if you call them.
