A few questions...

How do you import the stadium photos into game? I put the stadium photos in the photos folder of my league, but they were not in game.

Is there a download that can get the financials closer to the real life numbers?

You have to go to the Edit Ballpark section of OOTP, find the ballpark, and change the name in the game so it matches the name of the photo. Make sure its in BMP format or it won't work.

The game is not a "major league baseball simulator" so it does not attempt to follow exactly the finances of the MLB.

You can go to ESPN.com and see all of the real salaries of the players(if this is what you mean) and edit them in the game to match.
