I had to unlicense my game, now i cant seem to connect to the server to license it again..
Anyone know whats up?

Acutally it says error Code = 9

There is a list of codes and what they mean by following some of the links in this thread on our FAQ forum.

This may help as well.

From the link. (The FAQ can sometimes be a little confusing)

I'm going to assume its Code -9:

-9 This means the eLicense software is unable to connect to the internet or to a proxy server from your computer. Check your network connections, and try different proxy settings if applicable.

Nope, Sorry guys but i dont use a proxy server nor have i ever needed to for Viatech or anything else for that matter.

I tried again and get a different error this time...
-3 then its says Error on the license server...

If I were you I would contact them as something must not be right, I had a problem about 3 months ago and they had it fixed in minutes.
