RBI bug on throwing error
RBI Bug: this play started with runners on first and second.
Here's the play-by-play: Stepping into the batter's box is... the right fielder Deacon White. His numbers against Chicago this year: .417 AVG (5 for 12), with 1 HR and 9 RBI. He seems to love Chicago pitchers! He's 7th in the Natl League II in doubles with 1, He's 1st in home runs with 1, too, He's 1st in RBI with 10, too! There is 1 out. The count is 3-2.... Cummings glares at White and deals... fastball... White swings... line drive... over the bag at first... Gould dives... he can't get it... White cuts it off nicely... [note: both the batter and right fielder are named "White"] White is around first... White is heading for second... Flowers scores. Old Reliable goes to third. Start is going home... White is throwing home... terrible throw!! It goes all the way to the backstop... and the runners will advance! That is an error by White. Joe Start scores. White goes to third. That's a 2-RBI double by White. The problem? The game gave White 0 RBIs. Now, I'm aware (and disappointed) that Markus has announced that he's satisfied with OOTP6 as is, but I want to make certain that this kind of bug is specifically looked for (and tested for) in OOTP7. I'm really sick of these statistical glitches. Can someone please pass this along to Markus and get some kind of acknowledgement that (a) he is aware of these sorts of problems and what causes them and (b) he will be vigorously testing for them in OOTP7. Thanks in advance. If someone could post a confirmation when this is done, I'd appreciate it.
