Trade Deadline Question

I just created a 12 team fictional league. Each team plays 60 games and the league starts on June 1. I have financials off.

My question is, where can I find the date for the trade deadline, and is there a way I can change it?

As far as I am aware the trade deadline can't be altered and is set for July 31st. This issue has been brought up several times and hopefully will be fixed in v7.

What you can do howeve is set your schedule to start at varied times in the year - and therfore the July trade deadline can be at the appropriate moment. If you're looking for a trade deadline after 40 games or so, I'd say a June 1 start date is fairly appropriate.

My regular season ends around August 15, so July 31 will work fine.
