I actually think Jackson is a decent announcer. His games on FOX Saturday when Hawk isn't around are quality.
I'm sure only Chicago people saw this game, but the Spring Training game where Carmen DeFalco filled in was excellent. Of course, Carmen ruined his shot at ever having that job after pissing off The Chairman earlier this week. |

Nothing like free publicity! Doesn't DiFalco also do the Bulls pre & post-game shows?
Incidentally, for you out-of-towners, the "WGN Guys" are the same guys that do all local Sox games, on any one of three different stations (WGN, Comcast and WCIU). |

Sorry, the White Sox announcers are bad. But the Yankees' guy who does the "The-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e-e Yankees win!" is the worst.
Seriously, you can just tell these guys are trying too hard for a "sound". Lame posers.

Do you know who is doing the White Sox radio pre/post now that Dave Wills (thankfully) went to Tampa? |
