Toadfreak Opening Day Rosters!!!

It's finally here. My Opening Day roster set. It'll be up soon on OOTPDownloadCenter.com

It includes:
(1) Accurate 25 and 40 man rosters (with the exception of anticipated moves today and tomorrow)
(2) New and improved ratings for some players.
(3) Even more prospects.

Coming Soon:
Once the minor league season begins, I'll start working on accurate AAA and AA rosters for each team. The roster set then will be unbelievable, and the AI roster management will be a little better since each level will have 25 guys, instead of some ridiculous amount like some teams have now.

Can't wait to download.

Does it include the recent moves (Kim to Colorado for Charles Johnson, Minor league pitcher)

Sox trade Adam Hydzu to SD for Shane Neal.

Yeah, I do thank both him and Markus in the readme for giving me a great base to improve upon. Halofan does do a good job. I've used his rosters for 2 years before now. I do appreciate his work. My rosters have little similarity to halofan's now though, but I do appreciate the time he's spent on rosters.

will you roster have all players healthy?

i know there several players on the disabled list in the Real majors league to start the season, but i hope your roster you make them all healthy and put them on the 25 man roster if most likely they will be there if they didn't get hurt.

some people like for the injuries to happen in the game when they play there dynasty.

thanks

Well you could just reset all the injuries.

That's extra work, and since someone pays for the rosters, they should do all the work.

What's that you say, the rosters are free. Damn....

No, the rosters have accurate injuries. However, just go to "league setup" and then under the menu "league setup" choose "reset injuries and fatigue."

That'll do it. Sometimes I like playing with everybody healthy, too. This is an easy way to make sure no one's on the DL.

your roster is great.

do you recommend to keep the league setting the way you have?
i notice 40 man roster, rule v, player option, minor league free agent, etc is disabled.

do you recommend to keep all teams human like you have it? or pick one team as human and rest as cpu?

also i see you miss just a few injuries like K. Benson for the Mets, he went on 15 day disable list yesterday. its no Biggie, i will just change it myself.

how i make him injure on the roster so i can put him on the disabled list?

also lets say i see the player will be coming off the disable list in real life, is there a way to make the player healthy on the roster?

thanks again

thanks for your liking of the roster. I've worked hard on them (since I have no job).

As far as the rule 5, 40 man and other settings go, I usually turn on 40-man, rule 5, arbitration, and minor league FA. But I usually turn off waivers and options, since OOTP6's waiver AI is horrible.

I usually keep one team human. However I leave all teams human for those people who want to use it in online leagues, so the roster AI doesn't mess everything up too bad.

To make a player injured, go to his player card, hit "editor", then set "status" to injured, and "recovery time" to however many day he'll be out. Then you can move him to the DL.

To get them off the DL, go to player card, hit "editor", change "status" to OK, recovery time to 0, and DL time to 0. Then you'll be able to move him off.
