Problems with FTP?

I must have dreamed it, but I thought I read somewhere that FTP'ing the line-ups still had some bugs in the process.

Can anyone shed some light here? Are there any known problems? Seems like I remember that promotions would not export, but I thought there was more.

Promotions will not export as of yet. Maybe the next update. I know of no other problem, except you can't cut players and make trades then export.
