The question mark one is a bit boring, the ones that I've seen on here that are good are the ones on message 10, 15, 16, 18, with the Pro Circuit pitcher and the Pro Circuit logo ones just being out in front.

I actually like the idea of a faceless guy. Let your imagination fill the void! Any distinct face feature could be distracting (well, it is to me anyway). However, it is simply just not right by stcking a big fat question mark onto the face. The face should be blurry, impossible to make out. Any distinction mark (uniform, background pic, nationality, etc.) should also be generic. Also, it would help to have a feel like a generic player trading card. This is why I love the first pic that I posted in #19. That guy has been with me/OOTP for a long long time now.
