online league - sim locking up

My sim is locking up for some reason. It's been simming fine all season, but tonight it decided to lock up. Neither team had an export for tonight's sim, nor did they have one for the last sim I ran, and that sim ran just fine.

I checked the lineups, and they seem fine, with the exception of an injury on one team. I fixed that by placing the guy on the DL and calling up a replacement, then adjusting the lineups and depth charts, both manually and letting the cpu do it, to no avail.

What else should I look for?

More than likely one of the following is the problem:

-The same position is listed twice in the lineup.
-The same player is listed twice in the lineup.
-One position is missing.
-An "injured" pitcher is scheduled to start a game.

btw, this is 6.11

Why would an injured pitcher lock the game? Doesn't OOTP automatically replace the pitcher with a healthy one to start in his place?

If not, shouldn't it?

would one of these conditions most likely occur with the game that it locks up on?

okay, so it was a player listed twice in one of the lineups, after all. I thought it was locking up on one game, but it was another game that was causing it, and I hadn't checked those lineups.
