Commish FAQ?

Is there an FAQ anywhere around here that describes how to be a commish for an online league? I'm intersted in getting a league going with some friends, but none of us really know how to be a commissioner. I briefly checked the boards and haven't found what I'm looking for.

Could be another good addition to our FAQ area, however there are ALOT of things which are just up to individual leagues to decide and not a right or wrong way to do things. One thing I'll ask, or maybe better state....if you have not played in an online league I would not advise you to try to commish one.
