Logo Tool Question

In my new quest to find a tool for creating my own logos, I discovered a tool called the Logo Design Studio. Is anyone familiar with this tool?

I personally am not, therefore I wouldn't use it. If you want to start out, I'd suggest either Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop.
