Question on elicense

Ok my HD crashed and is not readable at all(hard drive 0 not found and sounds like an airplane taking off). My question is there anyway to get one of the installs back for the same laptop so i can get back to playing the game. The install will go on the same laptop and everything just need to see what I have to do do get it installed. I can even send the hd as proof of it crashing.
