for beginers.

ok so can someone please help me, ive only had the game less than a month iam from the uk and bought STB2003 when i was in florida a few weeks ago, Ive played and watched baseball for a number of years now admittedly in the uk which is not the best but i understand the game. when i was in florida i was able to watch my team the Mets beat the Marlins 10-5 which was great coz it was my first big league game. Anyway i would love to join an online league at the moment it would be best if it was a beginers league so can anyone point me in the right direction please .
