Phantom injury

I'm playing a season with the 2004 Pirates, and actually playing every game through. No one was injured during my last game on April 18. I had an off day on April 19th, and simmed it. Then, when I went to play the game on the 20th, Jack Wilson had a torn thigh muscle, and will be out for 5 weeks. I didn't get an email from the team doctor or anything.

WTF?

This has been a very difficult bug for Markus to track down. In the meantime, I always consider them off-field injuries.

Yeah, I got a Day-to-day injury for my pitcher, after he was taken out of the game, and my RF, all within a day of each other.

I understand the broken nose in a bar fight, or the getting a cold and being at less than 100%, but tearing a thigh muscle? C'mon.

I don't know what more you want other than someone saying Markus hasn't been able to kill this bug.

If it bugs you that much, you can edit him healthy again.

And I'm in manager mode, so I can't edit him healthy.

If you search around there is actually a utility that will allow you to turn off manager mode so that you can do edits and turn it on again.
