Go to the website, and check out the rules (website in my sig for PBAA). Then reigster for the forum. Tell me what team, what stadium, and in the forum tell me your name (or what you want to be called in the forum) your e-mail, yahoo, and AIM if applicable.

Then send your export if you know how to do that (if you don't I will tell you on AIM) and you are all set. We are about done with this season, nothing left but the PBAA Championship Series (World Series equivlent).
