Newspaper utility

I'm looking for the OOTP Utility that is used to create the league newspaper. I've seen it used a couple times but I don't know the name or where to get it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also a quick snippet on how it works would be helpful. Thanks

There is CORANTO which is what the NAHHBL and CDL use. Nice program with lots of custom options.

Huh? It allows you to post news from a web script directly on to your website. Check http://www.nahhbl.ootp-leagues.com and http://www.cdl.ootp-leagues.com for a demo. I believe http://www.staudernet.com/bttf also uses it.
