DKBL needs 4 owners

We've redone the serve to make it faster and are cleaning out old owners who were not very active and are on the year 2008. It's a 3 days a week simming league and Free Agency starts on Sunday.

The open teams
Pittsburgh Pirates
New York Yankees
Kansas City Royals
Arizona D-Backs

The Yankees and the D-Backs arent able to find a consistant owner and the Royals are opeing up for the first time and the Pirates are going on owner #3 themselves.

The Royals have been filled. We have just barely started top offseason....
