I want to go back and edit the career numbers of some retired players from my fictional league. I found several threads that say you can do this with Pierre's career editor. I tried that - but I don't see any retired players when I load the league in the editor. What am I doing wrong? Is there another way to do this?

If you are trying to edit the retired stats within the game or Almanac you are SOL. If you are using CATOBASE just go into the tables you want to edit and modify the records. It won't match what the numbers in OOTP's Almanac but if you are using CATO you don't need the Almanac. You will need MS-ACCESS to change the tables. Another way may be to use Pierre's unretire utility, then use the player editor to make the changes. Then just give the player a CEI so he won't be signed by a team.......keeping him on the FA list for a year......until he will be forced to retire at the end of year.
