Scratch OOTP6 and update from OOTP5...

OOTP6 was doomed from the start. Please don't update from v6, because it would just be a clone. Use v5 and update from that, like what should have been done for v6.

I'm not sure what your beef is with v6 but if you read the v7 updates, you will see that Markus is rewriting the game from scratch.

Well, regardless of how you feel about OOTP6, you'll be happy to know that OOTP7 is being written entirely from scratch; it's not based on v5 or v6.
