Tip: Using Bobbles Hair Template....

I think it is a nice piece of work but I set up 5 templates to create players in different poses and wanted to use the hair template for all of the poses.

If you are using Deft forward facing template and want to use the hair template there is a easy way to make the players look real without too much work. Just do the following.

1. On the hair image just select the right side hair image and put it in a new image, then create a new image and paste the right side image into it and mirror the image.

2. You will then have two exact images one mirroring the other. Simply use these images in your templates. As a tip you will want to have the hair set more behind the image to give it the appearance that it is behind the head.

3. For beards and mustaches just select the right half of the image cutting it in half. Do the same as with the hair, create two images one mirroring the other.

4. Place on the player face, you may need to use the smudge tool to blend the beard.

BTW, the five poses I use for my players are the regular deft template, the straight ahead, defts template mirrored. I then also have a larger image of the left and right facing templates (still 90x135, but the images are resized by 125% in side). It is amazing that you can use the same face, put it at a different pose and add something as simple as a mustache and the players look very different.....

Thanks. I appreciate your efforts in putting out the hair template. Earlier I had created my own hair template taking the images from MzItalia. Took my about an hour on each hairstyle to get the skin and background off of the template (pixel by pixel). Collected 72 hair styles then would put them on players. Took me quite some time. Then my drive crashes and I did not have these on my backup CD's. 3000+ created players down the drain......

I feel your pain. I had that hair template in the "full size version" where I could apply it to the face before I shrunk it down. That let me do a lot more customizing of each one (each moustache, etc. so they all didn't look the same). Then a hard drive crash and I lost that, my OOTP league, another 2 bags of heads, and a bunch of other stuff. I was nearly in tears.
