Question

In an online league the commish just pressed the proceed to next season button, and I checked my best player who is 27 and in his first contract year. He says he dislikes my orginization. My question is there any chance of him changing his mind, because obviously I'd like to have him back. My team was 100-62 the last year and I expect to be just as good this coming season. Thanks in advance.

Yes. As the season goes on, he could reconsider.

Does it happen often though? Is that reaction a random thing?
