Pitching Win Shares in Catobase

...I saw this issue came up before, but to no resolve.

The problem is for some reason it thinks Hong-Chi Kuo pitched -1 innings. (He actually pitched 87.1 or something like that). After that, no teams imported the pitching win shares. Does anyone have a solution? Once I upload the files, I'll post the link.

Check out Kuo's player history:

Earned first career win on 4/18/2008
Had first career hit on 4/24/2008, off Franklin Perez (SD)
Earned first career win on 4/4/2008
Was claimed off waivers by San Francisco on 4/20/2008
Had first career hit on 6/4/2008, off Aaron Harang (CHA)

I don't know if that has anything to do with it, though.

Is the problem with the data in the csv file being incorrect (which presumably you could fix manually), or is the program reading the datafile incorrectly?

It's reading it incorrectly. The csvs are fine.
