Game Crashes when I try to do anything with my league...

Ok, so yesterday I decided to help the league I'm apart of out, and do the next sim. So after I get the file, I put through all the trades, transactions, and lineups and such, everything is fine.

I try and sim, but the game always gets tied up and freezes at this CHW/SEA game. So I individually sim all of the games, and this is the only one with the problems. Check the Pitching Staffs, no problems. Then I check lineups, and find that one player is listed twice in the CHW lineup. Problem solved... I thought.

I was ready to continue with the sim, but the game now crashes when I try to do basically anything with the league. I clicked on teams, tried generating a report, tried re-installing a bazillion times, downloaded the latest patch... nothing. I'm convinced now that it is the league file and not OOTP, which is bad because it took me like 3 hours to get the league caught up. Is there a chance that I can fix the league without re-doing all of the work?

Did you possibly have 2 copies of the game open at the same time at one point in time?
