Won on promotion day, no bump in exported team

I am in a OOTP6 league currently with a team that has a 41 for fan base. I had back to back series against some of the weaker teams in the league and spent most of my available cash to buy my promotions against these two teams. I then saved the game and then exported via FTP to the comish. He sims, the promotions appear in the box scores; money is subtracted from finances. I won 5 of the 6 promotion day games, (the last one was on the first day of a new month), one e mail saying great game and no bump in fan base at all.

Any help you can suggest is greatly appreciated.

There is not an automatic and visable BUMP when you win on a promo day, it "can" happen and may happen in a "behind the scenes" (like a fractional increase) way each time but it is not always going to happen and be seen by the GM. Previously this was the case, but no longer.
