Can I edit the players in the June Draft?

I was thinking about making a roster file with the top amateur ballplayers scheduled to appear in the June draft.

I know how to create draftable players, but I don't know how to edit them (I don't want to have a bunch of 5-star prospects and then have the game add a bunch more 5-star game-generated prospects).

Is there some file I can go to through "My Computer" to edit the players who are going to appear in the draft, so I don't end up with an overload of prospects?

well i run my draft preseason but this is how I do it, once advancing to next season the game generates amaturs for the draft, dont know when it happens for june but after they are created or imported if you go to league setup then the league setup menu select edit free agents. every player who is listed on the free agent list will be there plus any draft players you cant see normally. edit to your hearts content, you can create players, delete them, or edit all from there, even sign FA when you wouldnt be able to normally. hope that helps.
