Fiji Mutineers of the SSBL

I don't need another logo. However, I knew if I left this in the Online League Forum then Eugene would never get to see this wonderful creation by LivnLegend. Below is the post I left in the SSBL thread...once again, Thanks LL! (I hope this attaches)

When the members of the H.M.S. Bounty decided to get rid of Captain Bligh, they dropped him off at the Fiji Islands before settling themselves at Pitcairn Island. So, for you viewing pleasure, I give you the Fiji Mutineers.

Special thanks goes to LivnLegend for the idea, colors, and design for this logo. Also, for being a first class member of this community for making a logo for a total stranger.

It didnt attach....but thats okay. I saw it when you had posted it in that other thread. I agree, LivnLegend did an great job on that logo.

...although, it really needs a ligh-colored border around the text. The red and green are too close a shade and really need a contrasting color to help seperate the text from the background...

just my opinion....

My pleasure. I submitted that as a test logo and was expecting you to come back with suggestions for changes. Glad you liked it "as is"

Thanks for the advice on that one. Sometimes other people can "see" what you can't, especially with colors. I usually have my wife look over my shoulder if she is in the room before I hit the "submit" button. She was an art major at Temple. I have no training so I depend on her eyes on occasion

Sorry to be late with a reply...my computer has been done since Wednesday.

It is a fine logo...thanks for sharing it, PeteRose4256.

You guys have a very interesting league...looks like you will have a lot of fun...got great logos, too...very exotic and unique...I just spent an hour on what seemed like the world's longest thread.

I do occasionally look at the online league to check out their logos and stadiums.
