To leagues about to expand

I'd love the chance to take over an expansion team. I've done it before on STB but find it to easy to get good prospects (top 100) but too hard to get great prospects (top 25). I'd like the chance to do this with owners who would be willing to trade top prospects for current players to make a run in the playoffs, but can;t do that on STB. I'd plan on building from within via expansion draft, trading for prospects and ammy draft, so keep in mind I'd be a doormat for the first few seasons before a chance at becoming a legitimate threat to make playoffs/win championship.
