Fictional League has openings

The WWBL is trimming dead weight and has a few openings for active GM's.
The WWBL is a 24 team fictional league. Coaches and Scouts are off and Finances are on.
Currently we have Oregon and Mississippi open, with a few more slots that could open up in the next few days.
