Simplest Way to Play/Simulate Season?
Hi. I'm totally new to the game and obviously hurting from the fact we'll have no baseball for the foreseeable future. I downloaded the game but am admittedly really confused. I'm looking for the simplest way I can choose a particular team and have them play a season, with me not getting too deep in the weeds (at least for now). Thanks for any advice or pointing in right direction. The game looks amazing but intimidating.

If you're not looking to get too involved, maybe do some trades here and there, I would start as General Manager.
Once the game is loaded, click on your name and then Manager Options. You'll be able to set who's responsible for what in the Team Control Settings.

or if you really want to be hands-off.... just play in commissioner mode, don't run any team, and turn off all notifications (under 'manager settings' in the bottom left corner, just uncheck every box under 'exit autoplay').
then under the 'play' tab, chose 'specified date' and pick how long you want it to run (when I'm trying to rack up years worth of stats/etc to test things, I'll set that out 20 years at a time and just let it run) |
