Is a salary cap mod possible?

One of the biggest complaints me and a lot of people have about baseball is the absence of salary cap restrictions. I don't think I need to explain why and I certainly don't want to get into a debate about the pros and cons of salary cap restrictions. I just want to know if it would be possible to implement on into the game.

I've used a salary cap in my fictional leagues for over 100 seasons. Without it you can dominate financially. I like a soft cap with 100% tax. It really makes me work at getting value out of good players.

Yeah cap feature works in-game just fine right out of the box. Just insert it League Settings ---> Financials and where it says "team salary cap" insert the value.
