Long Point Lookouts named after the famous Lighthouse located on the peninsula in Provincetown which tapers off into Cape Cod Bay and creates the harbor of P-Town. I went with Lookouts instead of Beacons, Lights and or Lighthouses because it flows better when said and it isn't common but yet still sounds like a name that could have always existed in baseball.

I wanted to keep the square and angular shape of the actual lighthouse located there instead of using a generic lighthouse vector. I felt it was important to tie the team to the location in a very solid and grounded way.

To each their own I suppose. I 100% used AI and copied the results into the post. Wasn't trying to imply they were my ideas, just possible names for teams in his franchise. AI is no longer the future, it is here to stay. Might as well use it when it applies. Seemed to come up with some pretty fitting monikers in my opinion.

I hear you, Isedelyod, and I’m right there with you. I enjoy using AI—it speeds things up, throws out ideas I might not have thought of, and honestly just makes the process more fun. At the end of the day, I’m still the one making the choices, tweaking things, and deciding what works. It’s just another tool in the box, and I’m all for using whatever helps get the best result.

I get that AI isn’t for everyone, and that’s cool. Some like to do everything by hand, some use references, some lean on AI and we all have our own way of doing things. But as long as we’re making great looking logos and uniforms, and that’s what really matters.

Good discussion, though. Different perspectives keep things interesting. And as far as I’m concerned, if I like a logo, uniform, or any other amazing piece of work that you, 20_Range, and all the other talented creators on these forums put out, I don’t care how it was made, it could be AI generated, hand drawn, or summoned through an eldritch ritual involving chanting and presenting a cursed bat at the base of the cryogenic chamber holding Ted Williams’ head… if it looks great, it looks great!

This was the first fictional team that I made for the league expansion a while ago. It was an AI suggestion but as soon as I read it, I already had the logo to use in mind. The old New England Tea Men logo but altered to fit the color scheme suggested of Navy Blue, Seafoam Green and Golden Yellow for a nautical theme. The more I look at it, the more I like it and the more I don't. I'm torn on the color scheme. But anyway... Jerseys to come soon
