There is an OT section of the board where it would be useful.

Do you mean the code that auto-hides text and you have to click a button to view it? Yeah, I like that stuff, but if you don't know we've been doing something almost as good for years in OT which is just typing text in white and then you have to highlight it to see it. I haven't done it myself or seen it in maybe years though. Test: Does that no longer work?

Yeah it works, but adding the coding to the board shouldn't be that hard either.

I thought I'd make the request either way.

Oh, it's a worthy addition, I agree. After the release frenzy is over, if Andreas hasn't already replied to this thread, let's PM him about it.

A person could also use it for other reasons (Dynasty thread):

Think of this:

[Oakland A's Line-up]
[Minnesota Twins Line-up]
[New York Yankees Line-up]

WIth each of those with the spoiler tag instead of this:

[Oakland A's Line-up]
aiojfdoija - C
aofijafdsoi -1B
Oijfe OIJ - 2B
FOIJojf OIIoo - 3B
...
...

Etc.

would really condense posts (thinking Dynasty thread) where someone can put in the important info and then the less important info in the spoiler text.

Your syntax is bad. It would be:

[spoiler=This text must be hidden!]Hidden text[/spoiler]

At least on the forum I frequent that uses the tag.

He may or may not be busy working on the first patch right now, but I just PMd him about this and provided a few of the modification options out there that I found on the vb site.
