I'm glad the "add ballpark" was included but I was hoping that in this patch or at least in another update the stadium updating issues I talk about here
http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...d.php?t=144364 could be addressed

One thing I'd really like to see if a universal park editor. I'm creating a "from scratch" fictional league and even designing my own stadiums and ballparks. And it's a "smaller" league with attendances around 2-3k fans. So, my ballparks are small. But it's a real pain in the arse to have to go through and edit each and every parks attendance capacity. It doesn't really make sense to have 124 ballparks with 30,000 seats when my major league equivalent only draws 2-3k and my minor leagues draw 7-800. It'd be nice if along with the average attendance I could set something like "average ballpark capacity" too. Keep me from hand editing 124 parks.

It doesn't address the Expansion Draft problem if a team like the Yankees lose like lets say Jorge Posada in the Draft after he is picked then can pull back the other Catchers they unprotected.
Also in Spring Training it doesn't address the Transaction Rule where can get their Roster back to 25 or what ever number you have it set to befor Opening Day. Also that All-Star Weekend is July 12 to 13.

Am I correct in assuming that this list isn't everything that's been fixed so far?

This is everything (well I think it's short of a few fixes in the past few days)

Added two items:
- faces.dat will not be included in online league file uploads, because it caused problems in mixed leagues (PC and Mac) and is not needed anyway, since the GM's may not change faces - The manager's picture is now being saved |

It's especially annoying for historical simmers who are curious to see how Jack Fournier would've hit in Fenway Park or Ty Cobb in Comiskey Park I or Joe Jackson in Bakers Field etc. but need to manually change the factors every season, which can be a bit time consuming, esp. when you hit the 80's/90's.

One thing to consider with the stadiums is that having their settings at anything other than 100s will cause a player's stats to be "inaccurate". No matter which database you use, those stats and thus the ratings they produce assume a neutral park setting. Going with an unbalanced park will actually create abnormal results. Of course this has nothing to do with the "fun factor" of real stadiums and I am not saying people should not be able to use them if they wanted. Just pointing out how the databases work.

Well, the ratings are not at 100's anyway without being able to keep them stable year to year so may as well be able to keep them stable if they're not gonna stay 100% neutral as is.

Related to this and for a future patch would it be possible for Markus to program in a "add personnel" button to league functions? Three suggestions that come to mind.. Perhaps like draft rounds we could enter a the number of coaches etc we'd like added. "Add ### personnel to league" Or something as simple as "add 100 random team personnel to the game"? Or "fill all team personnel slots in this league with random personnel" |

About the patch,
did you suggest to start over or I can continue my solo league ? It's a 1996 league with real players with scouts & a salary cap. Thanks in advance |
