where do u find baseball rules

with the emphasis on the player rules such as rule 5 etc. where can u find an explanation of these rules that govern rosters and drafting and the like in baseball.

Keep in mind that OOTP will probably not follow MLB rules perfectly since there are some game play considerations that complicate that.

And several options are customizable (roster size, length of service time, etc - see screenshots in newsletter) which would change this all together. This would still be good to know how the process works IRL, so you can think about how to do it in OOTP. Just don't compare it to real life and expect those results.
