League Evolution should include new stadiums for teams that stay in city

Especially for long term saves, and now adays where teams are moving every two-three decades..Put something in the code where teams that are making a profit and can't serve their existing client base (let's say a 8,000 seat stadium in a year where the average attendance SHOULD be 10-15,000..

Or even just a "Generate new-modern park" button.. it's a pain to have to try to fiddle all the stuff manually.

I like it!

Somewhat relatedly, when creating a new park, take note of the auto-generated capacity before you sim. I created a couple new parks last season and the capacities were like 10% of the rest of the league. Oops!
