Easiest way to contract teams

We are moving from 32 to 30 teams in our online league an was looking for suggestions on the easiest way to make this happen?

Wait until the off-season, Commish can remove teams. If your league is running a dispersal draft, you can do it before free agency in-game, and just run an immediate free agent draft which would solve that.

Will need to rebuild the schedule for the league to 30 teams, but that's it.

We wanted to move the 2 created teams in our league to 2 of the open teams, is there a way to move the players between the orgs?

Turn on Commish mode. Then make a trade, sending all the players from the old team to the new team. Force trade.
