This makes me wish they could call guys out on a home run...
Don't know if this has ever been posted before, but I stumbled upon it while looking for graphics of baseball fields.
The guy was so disrespectful it sounds like they had to protect him from the other team. Who's minor league team is this? I just found it disgraceful to the game. YouTube - Biggest Pimp Job on Home Run |

Although may have been Cleveland as the Bisons were affiliated to Cleveland and changed to the Mets in 2009.

Back in my youth baseball days, they DID call you out for flipping a bat like that. You were supposed to drop it on the ground and run ... not chuck it. Needless to say, we lost a few games due to incidents like that.

Never hit a HR myelf. I was singles/doubles hit the other way guy (though I hit the other way more because I couldnt get around on it
). We played in a fairly "cavernous" ballfield. (I think it was 370 down the lines). I think we only hit 1 home HR in my four years of high school. (and that guy got kicked off the team a couple of weeks later, when he bumped an umpire on a bad call)

Yeah, clearly in the Cleveland days. Early Cleveland days too -judging by the uniforms (they changed often), likely late 90's. |

Any idea who he is ? I can't catch what his last name is and when I've put what I think his name is into baseball reference nothing comes up, well apart from one player but he played too far back for it to be this guy.

Simple solution. When they play again, 80mph pitch right at his face. Instant attitude adjustment.

He's got the stats to have been given a cup of coffee at least (5 seasons at AAA - .295, .353, .498, .851), I bet he didn't get to suit up in the majors because his attitude. Last edited by Goody; 09-27-2010 at 06:56 AM. |

By all accounts he was a scout with the Rays, his big claim to fame was scouting Delmon Young.
