OOTP 24-Ratings are all 0

Please fix this/tell me how to fix it... all my card's subratings are 0's. I think there was some update as now my packs open showing only one card a time.

Thanks. If I need to provide more details can someone please reply and tell me what I need to do.

check 'perfect team settings' (under 'main')... you'll find pack opening settings as well as stat rating settings there:
